1 on 1 Coaching can be done either in person at the Athlete's Den in Kelowna, or online - through the app or video calls. These are typically 1 hour sessions, where we will go through your current knowledge and ability, and go over your goals to see where we can you!
Small Group Training is similar to 1 on 1, except you can bring a friend or two! Having a partner on your workout journey is one of the most beneficial ways to keep you (both!) on the right path, and accountable. You'll also save a bit of money that way too, though get less individual focus.
Kinesiology sessions can be either privately paid, or they may even be covered through ICBC! We will go over the dynamics of human movement - which is a fancy way to say we'll check your strength, range of motion, and brain-body connection, all to help you recover and prevent injuries. Even without a major injury, kinesiology can improve your movement and performance in all sports.
Customized plans can be setup for both meals and stretching. For meals, you'll get a plan that fits your unique dietary needs and has varied, delicious food that will fuel your workouts. For stretching, you'll get a variety of stretches specific to your injury or goals, with images and notes on how to complete them safely.
Client Check-in and Support go hand in hand. Syd will be available every step of the way to answer questions on exercises, machines, form, meal plans, and any other questions you have. Check-ins are a huge factor in accountability, making your fitness journey a routine that you'll keep for life.
You can also get Pre-programmed Workouts in the app, with step-by-step instructions and videos, workout splits, a calendar and other tracking tools, and custom meal plans and schedules.
